  WORST SERVICE! the cab driver asked for $100 dollars before my cousins even got in the cab, and the trip to the destination would've cost about $60! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE GUYS THERE ARE BETTER CAB SERVICES

  Rude operators, taxis always late. They are running the services on their own timetable NOT on the customer's requests. Any competition would be welcome in those fast growing suburbs.

  This company refused to pick me up from the train station in a country town after dark, after the last train, leaving me to walk for one hour in the rain, dragging a bunch of bags through the town and down a pitch black road. Operator misgendered me repeatedly on the phone. This was a terrifying and humiliating experience, -1 would not taxi again.

  Pre order taxi for next morning was 40 mins late. If you can't order a taxi to turn up on time what is the point? May as well use Uber at least they'll turn up on time and can moniter where they are, not just 'ohh yes his just on his way' BS. Call center are rude and couldn't care less.
