  Call YPA Office - terrible experience. Had to repeat myself again 3 times. Asked simple questions and could not get a sensible answer. Receptionist was "smart" and arrogant. Eventually talked to 3 people and all them told be a different story.

  All I can say is wow after the first open house and 6 offers, House was under offer in 7 days and sold for an AMAZING price that we did not expect! Shane is confident and so he should be, this is the 4th time our family has used Shane and all 4 houses where on the market no longer then 2 weeks with all great prices! Highly recommend

  No customer service from YPA rental department. We used them to manage our rental property in Melton. The tenant has missed payment for over four weeks, and yet no action from YPA. We were the ones chasing YPA to send us the payment ledger but it was a mess. Excuses after excuses, they made when we talked on the phone.Not only they didn't make the tenant sign a new contract, they didn't chase up missing payment, and during the property inspection, they sent us someone else's house photos. AND yet when we changed to another property agent, they scolded us for it. They also has advised the tenant that he has the rights for not vacating the property. I can't believe that an agent which we pay commission to is actually pro the tenant who misses payment few times. Game up, YPA. It's ashamed they've done this to us because the owner is very nice and we trusted him (Shane). The staffs in YPA rental property needs to be trained professionally not to treat their customer unfairly.

  Fantastic team!, These guys I would highly recommend, Had a tenanting to be done had no success through Ray White but YPA took over and found me a tenant within a couple of days, Advertising done professionally for a reasonable price. Very professional & Friendly team and customer focused that is great to deal with all the time.
